My name is Paul Harvey. I was severely injured at Automax of Killeen on 10/3/2020 while having my 2019 Hyundai Tuscon serviced for a recall that turned out to be a false recall. However, while I was awaiting my car, I suffered a brain injury and permanent hearing loss. 6 months later, I still have daily headaches, neck pain and ear pain. I have spent thousands of dollars on medical tests, such as MRI’s, CT scans as well as audiograms and NEURO and ENT visits as a result of this injury, due to Automax’s negligence to provide a safe environment on their premises for their customers. Automax refused to file an incident report and has never reached out to me for support or monetary compensation. I have created this website for other consumers of Automax that have also been wronged in some manner and would like to make their complaint known to Automax.

Automax sold us a lemon-we had to call the attorney general to get help
We bought a car from Automax and they jumped the price $500 at signing-never will do business again!!!!
